The longitudinal and cross feeds operate via finely adjustable guides with clear graduated scales on both axes. The X-travel is 400 mm and the Y-travel is 150 mm. This provides ample freedom of movement without the need to constantly reclamp the workpiece.

The 3 T-slots (12 mm width) make it easy to mount machine vices or other clamping tools. This aligns perfectly with the standard T-slot profile used throughout the Wisent range.

Coolant tray for intensive use

The integrated coolant tray distinguishes the KT600 from smaller models in the range. During prolonged drilling or milling in steel, cooling is vital for tool longevity and hole quality. The tray prevents coolant from contaminating the machine or the workshop floor.
