The machine is perfectly suited for accurately cutting thin-walled steel and stainless steel pipes and profiles up to a diameter of 100 mm.

Variable Speed for Every Material

The variable speed from 30 to 80 m/min is easily adjusted via the variator. This allows you to adapt the cutting speed to the material — from thin-walled tubes to more solid profiles — ensuring a clean, burr-free cut.

Yes. The TLZ100V is suitable for thin-walled steel and stainless steel pipes and profiles up to Ø 100 mm. For best results, use the included bi-metal M42 saw blade, which is specifically developed for these materials.

Does the TLZ100V require a coolant system?
No. The TLZ100V is a dry-cutting machine and works entirely without coolant or oil. This makes it particularly suitable for use on-site.

Which saw blade fits the TLZ100V?
The TLZ100V uses a band saw blade of 1,330 × 13 × 0.65 mm. Matching bi-metal M42 band saw blades are also available separately via Wisent Machines.

Can I also make mitre cuts with the TLZ100V?
Yes. The mitre gauge is adjustable from 0° to 45°, both to the left and to the right. At 45°, the capacity is 65 mm (round and square).
