The KT225 is a robust cross table made of heavy cast iron, designed as a direct upgrade for bench drills and column drilling machines. Thanks to the longitudinal and cross feeds, you can position your workpiece quickly and accurately along two axes without having to move the spindle.

• XY travel 105×90 mm – achieve a larger machining range than is possible with a fixed drill table.

• 2 T-slots (12 mm) – compatible with standard machine vices; no extra adapters required.
• Finely adjustable handwheels with graduated scales – repeatable precision positioning, even for batch production.
• Table height 108 mm – fits the majority of Wisent bench drills and column drilling machines.

Typical applications

The KT225 is used for drilling patterned hole series in sheet metal, milling slots with a drilling-milling-tapping machine, and the precise repositioning of workpieces during line drilling. Its compact dimensions also make it suitable for use on a workbench vice or in a fixed setup.

Mounting

The cross table is placed directly onto the drill table and secured using the existing clamping slots. Suitable for machines with a table opening that can support the base of the KT225 (16 kg).
